To operate an employment and training development centre of excellence that provides youth with access to positive mentorship, scholarships, and community engagement opportunities.

To make accessible the achievement and maintenance of employment and life skills for youth of all backgrounds, by promoting a culture of empowerment, mutual knowledge exchange, and the elimination of systemic barriers.
